  • Baylor Anderson (Senior Director, Marketing Analytics)

Baylor is the Senior Director of Marketing Analytics at Sitravon. With over 15 years of experience in commercial analytics across large pharma and agile biotechs, Baylor leads a high-performing team responsible for translating data into strategic action across Sitravon's portfolio. His remit includes campaign optimization, HCP engagement analysis, channel mix evaluation, and field alignment for both established therapies and upcoming launches.

At Sitravon, Baylor is navigating a complex and rapidly evolving market landscape. One of his primary challenges is improving the ROI of omnichannel marketing efforts in a post-COVID environment where traditional rep access has not fully recovered. With multiple touchpoints across digital, field, and peer-to-peer channels, Baylor is under pressure to help Sitravon brand leads prioritize investments that drive measurable engagement—especially for high-cost therapies with small prescriber bases. He's also working to implement more agile, real-time campaign performance tracking so brand teams can pivot messaging, cadence, or targeting without waiting for quarterly data refreshes.

Another major focus for Baylor is bridging the data-to-decision gap across marketing and sales leadership. Despite having access to robust datasets, there's a disconnect in how insights are shared and used. Executive stakeholders often receive overly technical reports that lack clear business recommendations. To solve this, Baylor is championing a communication shift: moving from static dashboards to executive-ready insight narratives that tell a story, propose actions, and align with brand KPIs. This has required upskilling his team in data storytelling and working with external partners who can operate with the same level of strategic fluency.

Baylor is also working to improve coordination with Sales Analytics and Field Operations, particularly around pre-call planning and promotional resource allocation. With increasingly granular data on physician responsiveness and digital engagement, there's an opportunity to create dynamic targeting models that adjust based on in-market behavior. However, internal alignment and effective communication of these recommendations remain hurdles. He values vendor partners who can not only run the models but present their implications in a way that resonates with business stakeholders and can be operationalized quickly.

  • Landry Roberts (Senior Director Sales Analytics)

Landry is the Senior Director of Sales Analytics at Sitravon, reporting directly to Chief Commercial Officer Casey Jenkins. With over a decade of experience in pharmaceutical sales operations and commercial effectiveness, Landry leads the strategic analytics function that supports sales forecasting, field force optimization, and physician engagement insights across Sitravon’s therapeutic care portfolio. Known for her disciplined, data-driven mindset and strong alignment with commercial leadership, Landry plays a pivotal role in ensuring the sales organization is both agile and accountable in an increasingly competitive market.

At Sitravon, Landry is focused on transforming sales analytics from a reporting function into a proactive performance accelerator. A major challenge she's tackling is improving call planning precision and field force productivity in markets where prescriber access is limited and variability across territories is high. Landry’s team is building predictive models that combine CRM activity, prescribing trends, and digital touchpoints to identify high-potential physicians and recommend next-best-actions to reps. However, she recognizes that the effectiveness of these models depends on clear communication and strong field buy-in—something she's actively working to improve.

Landry is also addressing the persistent challenge of forecast accuracy, especially for new product launches where historical analogs are limited. She’s leading a cross-functional initiative to enhance the company’s forecasting process by integrating real-time data sources and scenario-based modeling. This effort has elevated the role of Sales Analytics in brand planning cycles, but it’s also increased the stakes: Landry and her team are now expected to deliver forecasts that hold up to executive scrutiny and can be clearly explained to finance, supply chain, and investor relations teams.

A key part of Landry’s strategy is improving alignment between Sales, Marketing, and Managed Markets Analytics. With each function using different tools and terminology, there's often a gap in how insights are interpreted and acted upon. Landry is working closely with Casey Jenkins to create a unified commercial data platform and common KPI structure.

For Landry, meetings must be productive, presentations must lead to decisions, and every insight must tie back to measurable field impact. She values partners who can deliver not just numbers, but strategic guidance—those who can distill complexity into executive-ready recommendations.
